Therapy Dog
Rosa is a 2-year-old long-haired blue Border Collie who loves playing games, chewing sticks, having pats and generally being with people.
Megan Dalla Santa, Occupational Therapist and Rosa have undergone training to be certified as a Therapy dog team.
Rosa has completed a lengthy certification course through K9 Support, certifying her as a therapy dog. As part of this training all dogs participate in high level obedience and good behaviour shaping making them suitable for aged care, residential homes, classrooms, hospitals etc. with permission.
If participating in sessions with Rosa, Megan will continue to work towards your goals. The use of the dog is in addition to, and to enhance the therapy you already receive.
